W pokoju było dość cicho, ciepło, łóżko i poduszka wygodne. Wszystko było sprawne. Śniadanie było dobre. Sam obiekt raczej słaby, jak ktoś chce wrócić na kolonie w latach 90 to nic lepszego nie znajdzie.
Wysoka cena za noc, taniej jest nawet w Mediolanie i to za wynajem całego mieszkania, a i tak był to najtańszy nocleg w Spale. Liczne szkolenia odbywające się w tym miejscu mają na to wpływ, ale i tak jakość jest nieadekwatna do ceny. Słaba wentylacja w pokoju, w lecie musi tam być jak w saunie.
