The location of the B&B is great for those wishing to visit the Julinek Park amusement park as well as for trips into the Kampinos Forest. The staff was very polite and helpful, and renting bicycles was very easy despite high season and lack of earlier reservations. Breakfast was satisfactory.
Due to the proximity of the amusement park, there are a lot of children on the property, often in organised groups. Depending on your personal tolerance levels for 6-12 year-olds this may or may not be a problem, but expect a lively, noisy time in summer season. The building is a refurb of a 1970-1980ies project, and done very well, but it does get stuffy in the poorly ventilated rooms during the day. Lack of minifridge was disappointing (though signalled by the property).
