A fantastic hotel with beautiful, modern design and impeccable cleanliness. The receptionist made a particularly great impression — he was incredibly friendly and spoke English so elegantly and naturally, almost as if he were reciting poetry. It was a real pleasure talking to him! The breakfast was equally impressive, with such a rich and varied selection that it felt more like a delicious lunch. Everything was wonderful, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Good location, spacious parking, friendly staff, and professional staff. While booking we asked for gluten free option, and really appreciated kindness, as cheff has prepared a special gluten free surprise for us.
Everything was good

We had a very pleasant stay at Fabryka Wełny. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. There is a large guest parking area with electric car charging stations, which is a great plus.
The pool is sufficient and perfect for children. There are also other activities for children and a lovely park nearby, perfect for a walk.

Decent hotel located not too far from the city of Łódź
Clean, well maintained hotel
Poor quality cosmetics, not enough pillows in the room
I booked a table for two for dinner at the hotel. I felt completely ignored by waiting staff once I entered the restaurant. They were busy and pretended not to notice me, which was unacceptable and a very poor customer service. Such a disappointment, however food (steak) was good and cooked how we requested.
