Remarkable

We had a great stay at Villa Dulcinea. The room was clean and spacious and it had the best sea view. Words are not enogh to express how much we appreciate the saff and the owner of this beautiful villa. It was our first time in this city and this villa left a remarkable mark in our heart. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and provided a very warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who is planning a trip in Ulcinj. Not only will you feel special, but you will also receive the best of service. P.S: Don't forget to taste the fresh fish at the Dulcinea restaurat as well.

The host and staff was amazing. They were helpful, warm and welcoming. All the information about property and environment which we need they provide us. Very sweet and cute.

I definitely appreciated the view and the manager for being so accommodating and friendly, the spot was perfect for people who are into aesthetics and the moment we needed something, they were ready to provide. The villa is connected to the restaurant so that’s a plus too. If I ever decide to go back, I’d choose this place again.

Immensely relaxing holiday with breathtaking views, this Villa makes you feel like you’re in a movie.

The location was perfect - you couldn’t get better views of Ulcinj. The room was perfect - we came on this vacation to go to the beach, see the beach, and enjoy the weather. The Villa was charming, quaint, had everything you need, and the sea view balcony was the cherry on top.

The only complaint I can think of is that my reading light was out. This was seriously one of the best vacation spots I’ve been to yet!

Breathtaking!

Host was really welcoming and offered us with home made dates, welcomed us from entrance and showed us around. Got also free room upgrades! Clean and spacious rooms with great facilities, great value for money! Thankful for stay and really impressed with breathtaking view. Would recommend for everyone!

Beautiful stay in a magic place

Villa Dulcinea as well as their amazing restaurant Dulcinea was a true blessing amidst the non stop hustle and bustle of Ulcinj. The hotel, tucked away in the old town, has amazing views overlooking the night lights of the city and the sea. As soon as you enter the large bedroom, you feel in awe as the sea will capture your heart away. Our room was quite large, had good air conditioning, good bedding and had a big balcony overlooking the sea. We almost felt like we were on a cruise ship with the sea all around us. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and easy to speak to. The son of the owner happily used what's App to explain the way to the hotel. The owner and his family are happy to chat with you in English! We appreciated that a lot! The restaurant has to be the best in the old town. The fish was fresh and deliciously cooked. Arlind, our waiter was extremely helpful and gave us great food recommendations! We had such a great time that we came back twice for dinner! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time, we definitely

If you plan on staying in the old town, just be aware that you have to park outside of it. The way to the hotel is a short walk but you will have to carry your luggage up and down the road. This should not be an issue though as your efforts will be totally compensated once you arrive.

Beautiful view but average accommodation

I like the location, the room with sea view was excellent, owner was pretty OK, food was very good at the restaurant location. The owner promised me to send me a mail with what can be done during my vacation and what I can visit, but he never did, so I am disappointed about that.

The room was with breakfast included. But this breakfast was the same for 7 days including only eggs (fried or omelet with chease or ham) or pancake. If I knew from the beginning that breakfast means only eggs or pancake for 7 days most likely I would have search for other location. Regarding cleaning I am also disappointed. In 7 days only once the lenjerie was changed+new towels, but they did not clean the bathroom and the room with a mop. They also didn't take the garbage even if I personally asked the lady responsible using Google translate to make sure she understand. She said yes she will take it, but in the end she did not. My wife took the garbage out of the room. Maybe it is my fault that I did not go to the owner and let him know about it, but I didn't want to make trouble for the lady responsible for cleaning. Also I recommend to the owner to provide to the cleaning lady a vacum cleaner not just a broom. It is difficult to clean very well a room considering the fine sand from the beach.

The view was excellent and the hotel personnel were friendly. Also, the location is perfect for being old town and reaching the nightclubs and small beach. The transportation by tour boat taxi was close to the hotel.

Excellent accomodation in the middle of the old town. The room is cozy and quiet at night. I can absolutey recommend this place for a stay in Ulcinj.

We could not thank the owners enough for making our stay sensational.

Apartment was tucked away in the old town. the family also owned a restaurant as well as the apartment. we were truly spoilt with most amazing food and lovely wine.

I would only advise to check if guests need help with luggage when arrive, as parking off site.

Lovely hotel inside the old town, easy to locate, fabulous front desk staff, great breakfast © Front desk staff were awesome, the food was excellent and the menu breakfast was a lovely treat from the usual buffet. The location just inside the old town is great, the building beautiful and our rooms were lovely, with plenty of hot water, fabulous harbour views and very comfortable beds.

The place is really nice and cosy and the location was really good i think is the best in Ulcinj in middle of the Old Town and you have incredible feeling of the history . The beach is just 100m from Hotel and is very peaceful !The staff was the best of all-they were really nice,welcoming, friendly, caring and helpful!They made our staying the best! The rooms are not so big like in other places but the Hotel is located in Old Town and its worth it .

Exceptional accomodation great views and brilliant staff

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ulcinj, great apartments and an exceptional restaurant with views over the sea and city. The villas and restaurant are in the old town and this is a family business with fantastic service and incredibly helpful on travel advise and tours, will definitely be back
