Sea view was only partial. No shower in our room. Breakfast no other options.

The staff at the reception and breakfast room was warm and friendly. Even though they do not understand English well but they would use google translate to communicate or simply try to understand your gesture. That was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that a solo traveller cannot order their kaiseki dinner. I could only order the BBQ set for dinner. The best part was that the balcony where BBQ dinner was served have the best sunset views. Even though the set was not cheap but it was a huge serving with thick pieces of meat. More than enough for one person. Love the breakfast which you get to try some local specialities like seabream sashimi. The onsen left the skin silky soft. The room was spacious with good facilities and most importantly fantastic views of the ocean. Appreciate the transfer service to the train station in the morning. There was 2 timing at 9,30 am or 10.30 am.

Arriving at the onsen hotel from the train station is a bit challenging for guests who do not speak English and may have difficulties calling the hotel to arrange for a pick up. I tried unsuccessfully to arrange for a pick up via email. In the end, the train station master helped me called the hotel.

- Location is great, seaside view but we have to drive for long distance to climb the mountain before reach to the hotel. It's very peaceful place. - Dinner is superb. I had travelled in Japan along 12 years, more than 10 trips, stayed in over 30 ryukan. I could say this hotel provides the best dinner meals in my life-experiences in Japan. Super appreciate about this. - Dinner is super big portion, fresh food, quality ingredients, very delicious. - Breakfast also great but come with smaller size compare with dinner. - Onsen is great also, could see many stars in the sky in outdoor area. - All facilities in the room are perfect.

- Parking area is not convenient to carry many big suitcase during raining day. - Some staffs can't understand English well but it's not big concern as they're very helpful. - There are many steps from reception to the 1 floor: around 7-6 high steps that is very difficult to carry 7 big suitcases + 4 small suitcase to arrange all belonging for our last day of the trip. It also difficult for elder person like my mom too. - We found old socks from the previous guest hide between bed and the wall. It's not big concern for us as we found when we were checking all thing before check-out but the hotel should be aware more about cleaning.

View from the room was seaview and nice. Able to see stars on a clear night. Dinner and breakfast was varied and sumptuous.
