Loved the location .. close to many things and in a more quiet part of city center .. close to many museums and cafes
Our room did not have a fan or AC.. be sure to check that the room you book has one or the other

Location is great, most of the places I wanted to visit and see where within 5 to 10 minutes walk the most.
I did not like the fact that when I sent a direct E-mail to the hotel I was told there was no more rooms available. However, when I turned around and made the reservation throughout an agent from USA; there were multiple rooms available.

I liked that their staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a discount for callejoneadas and helped us get to mercado hidalgo since we didnt know where it was.
