The hotel is in the heart of Guanajuato. It was walking distance to the main attractions.
It was probably nothing they couldn’t fix but the smell of sewage was strong at night

The location was great. Loved my balcony.
The room:
The shower was backed up and drained slowly.
The towels were old, thin and dingy grey. They looked dirty. I asked for new towels and they looked exactly the same as the others.
The staff:
The wait staff at the breakfast buffet was rude! It appeared that they really disliked their job and it was a chore to pour coffee - heavy sighs whenever asked for coffee or napkins.
