I woke up feeling like something had bitten me. When I turned on the lights at around 2–3 a.m., there were ants all over the room and all over the bed, even though there was no food in the room at all.
It was very difficult to contact the staff. I called for about 30 minutes before anyone answered, and when I walked to the front desk, there was no one there.
When the staff finally came, they moved me to another room. In the morning, I came back to the original room to shower and check out, but no one had cleaned up the dead ants yet. I had to wear shoes inside the room because I was afraid of getting bitten again.
In the end, my back was covered in ant bites 😢😢😢

Good location, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful view. The resort also offers activities, so you can enjoy your stay without going out much. The hotel food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Just a small comment: the air-conditioning was not very cool and there were some ants in the room, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff so lazy, no hospitality service mind, room cannot lock properly, toilet cant stuck, food not fresh. ... never come back again. Totally disappointed
