Amazing staff, from front desk to cleaning team. stunning views and the cleanest beach on the island, by far. Proper postcard level stuff. Stayed during the rainy season and had the beach to ourselves, as well as the pool most of the times. Resort layout and decor are outstanding. Vegan place up the road serves the best icecream in Thailand.

I woke up feeling like something had bitten me. When I turned on the lights at around 2–3 a.m., there were ants all over the room and all over the bed, even though there was no food in the room at all.
It was very difficult to contact the staff. I called for about 30 minutes before anyone answered, and when I walked to the front desk, there was no one there.
When the staff finally came, they moved me to another room. In the morning, I came back to the original room to shower and check out, but no one had cleaned up the dead ants yet. I had to wear shoes inside the room because I was afraid of getting bitten again.
In the end, my back was covered in ant bites 😢😢😢

Staff so lazy, no hospitality service mind, room cannot lock properly, toilet cant stuck, food not fresh. ... never come back again. Totally disappointed
