Das man morgens um 6 Uhr durch Klingeln an der Haustür geweckt wird um eine Mitteilung zu erhalten die Mülltonnen werden heute abgeholt und die Tonnen sollen nach der Entleerung wieder zurückgebracht werden. Eine entsprechende Mitteilung des Vermieters lag nicht vor. Einige Stühle am Wohnzimmertisch wackelten und bei einem Stuhl fielen die Befestigungsschrauben heraus. Es fehlt eine Hinweismappe zum Haus und den Abläufen. Eine Holz-Abdeckung unterhalb des Küchen-Herd war nicht befestigt.

Bei fragen kamen über booking schnelle antworten zurück, die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell zu schönen Orten im Harz und kann auch vom Haus aus ein paar Strecken machen, drin war es angenehm sauber , Preis Leistung war sehr gut , Handtücher Bettwäsche wurden gestellt sowie Kinderbett und Stuhl
Draußen müssen dringend neue Stühle hin, der Rasen wurde leider erst nach Aufforderung gemäht, man könnte die Terrassen Ecke noch etwas sauberer gestalten und drin beim Küchen Inventar ein zwei Sachen austauschen (scharfe Messer,ect.)
