We got a good deal, staff was kind, rooms were clean & Dongmen is a great neighborhood
One small elevator for 11 floors of hotel and a post office 😭. Often waited 5 minutes for a ride up to our room on the 10th floor or just trudged up the stairs

Staff was great, especially in the restaurant (Kevin, Claire and Winnie). They were very accommodating and helpfull. Location is amazing.
Sound isolation in room we stayed was terrible and we could not sleep due to noises from the nearby room. Bed was super hard, felt like sleeping on a concrete.
