IBliskość morza, plaży, lokalizacja, naprawdę ładnie umiejscowiony hotel. Dobry punkt wypadowy do dalszego zwiedzania kraju. Kameralny charakter obiektu.
Apartament na parterze ( nr 1 ) tuż przy kuchni czuć zapachy i rumor pracowników z rana oraz w ciągu dnia. Niejednokrotnie nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływów łazienki tzw. cofka. Dodatkowo płatne leżaki na plaży przy hotelu dla gości hotelowych (10 euro za dwa na cały dzień). Do śniadania max. jedna kawa na osobę.
