Brilliant location. Room was spacious. Lovely and warm as outside temperatures were freezing. Restaurants and sites were less than 5 minutes walk. I definitely would stay again.

Lack of parking and issue. Noise in the street at 4am.

We booked a room with bath and balcony, there was no bath nor balcony and property never answered to my complaint. Shower head holder is impossible to move so i had to get my hair wet each time and guess what, there was no hair drier also. At the check out we found them in strange room on the ground floor, there was never anybody at the reception to ask either.There is no sound isolation at all, you hear exactly do your neighbours pee, poo, wash hands or just walks around the room. Same with the sounds from the outside. There is room service, but you have no chance to refuse it, you just discover it when you return to the room and find out that someone has been there. I know that if you pay less you get less, but it was worst experience of all my cheap stays.
