A+ service upon walking to the front desk. The staff member showed me how to use the keys, provided details on elevator locations and where they are located. Super friendly, and even gave me advice on taking the bus rather than the metro back to the airport because it's cheaper! If that wasn't enough, was told which terminal my flight would be once the info was given. Was so amazed at the service even just for a night's stay, couldn't thank him enough. The location is also superb, not even a 5min walk from the metro station from the airport (it's 4euros one way) Comfortable bed, towels provided, spacious shared bathroom, aircon is in the room for the stuffy summer months. There's a desk and ample space for your clothes. There's even a microwave provided on each floor. Couldn't ask for a better stay (for the price, it's unbeatable). I know which hotel to choose in future if I come to Barcelona again.

There was no hairdryer provided! I only realised after taken a shower. No big deal, the weather was quite warm in general. The room does the job, so there's no kettle, teas etc provided and you'd have to go the ground floor if you need hot water. The bathroom had no bathmat for coming out of the shower, so it can be a bit slippery.

Very reasonable price, simple,clean, comfortable and good location for me.

I used it just as a layover stop. For that purpose it did it's job, I don't know how I'd like it if I was on holiday there, but I also don't like Barcelona very much so I might be bias. But it was very comfy

The toilet was blocked and just wouldn't flush
