The whole hostel was well looked after, beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was everything we needed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again

Great location and clean rooms
The only available room slept 4 and no discount was offered for a party of two. On recent trips to Welsh hostels you just pay per person/bed. It therefore worked out quite expensive. That said, it was a busy time of year and there was no alternative accommodation in Braemar

Great location, friendly staff, lovely lounge and nice to have a double room.
Ladies wash facilities were dire! Freezing shower cubicles and what on earth is the point of one toilet with 3 sinks? Invite two friends to watch one going to the toliet???? The other choice was 3 toilets with one sink!
