PENGUIN POINT is situated on a spacious lot with a private dock, perfect for catching some rays, launching the provided kayaks and paddleboards, or casting a line. If your catch is dinner-worthy, there’s a charcoal grill to cook it up for a feast. After an action-packed day on the sound, enjoy a refreshing rinse-off in the two outdoor showers.
Enjoy the ease of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the home’s open living space. There’s a master queen bedroom with a private bath and two bedrooms, a queen and two singles, that share a full hallway bath. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining six-seat dining table make feeding the family a breeze. We had a great week for our second trip to OBX. The views from the property were amazing with awesome sunsets and an awesome deck to enjoy it from. Location is great. Not too far from anything. Would stay again.

Loved the waterfront view in the mornings to wake up to, so peaceful and relaxing.

The house was ok. A great location for 4x4 beach, restaurants, and sound access. However, everyday after spending the day on the beach we would come home to a 80 degree house. Cooking makes it hot as well. There was no reprieve. The system would almost get caught up overnight to just begin to heat up again. An mini-split in the living room could eliminate this issue altogether. It was miserable being in the house from 11-6. We tried to stay out most of that time. The listing also talks about the chef, in your party, having everything needed. We didn’t have a frying pan, a pot big enough to steam crab legs, and the trash compactor is a little over whelming. We also had issues with the smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night. The sunsets were amazing and we saw somereally great storms come across the sound. IDK if we would stay here again.
