This house is located on a large canal-front lot and is only two houses from the sound front. The ground level has an outside shower, large drive and grassy yard. The first floor has four bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry area, and outside decking. The second story has a large living area, comfortable furnishings, and great views from a large deck. The well-equipped kitchen can serve hungry guests at the breakfast bar, dining area, or on the upper deck. A nice main bedroom and full bath round out the second floor. The outside sundecks provide perfect southern exposure with the second-floor deck supporting a bubbly hot tub on the screened porch. The property was basically as described. Our objective is to always stay sound side with direct access to the water for kayaking, fishing, & sunset views. The property did not disappoint in any of these areas.
Of concern were the shared driveway that made parking an issue, even with the 5 car limit, & some maintenance concerns that arose late week & were reported with checkout.
We have been vacationing in Avon for 35 years. Overall, it was another wonderful week.

Beautiful house and great location…near everything, wonderful views as well..had an issue with dock upon arrival, however was handled by management very promptly and efficiently…would definitely stay here again!!!

Liked the fact the house had kayaks, and is right on the canal. Also walking distance to Dairy Queen. House needs some repairs and a freaking can opener in the kitchen.
