lovely clean property in beautiful location with everything you need. Hosts very helpful and friendly, lovely lakeside walk and field for my dog. beautiful Christmas decorations to welcome us. Great wood burning stove, although cottage very warm anyway. Delicious homemade welcome cake and Prosecco, really recommend, have to be very picky to find faults.
If I have to be picky! Towels quite small, I’m not a small person, but not huge either, could do with bath sheets. WiFi caused problems, kept having to reset, but this is rural Devon so not a surprise. the bedrooms are quite small, but definitely the positives hugely outweigh any negatives.

We loved this property, its location and facilities were perfect for our two families and two Labradors. The hosts were very friendly and the welcome gifts of cake and wine were greatly appreciated!
