The place is beautiful and the restaurant has very good food, plus the prices for the food are great

They use a perfume at the rooms that smells amazing but it was a little too much we had to open the windows to let it go a little bit because it was giving us a headache

Wonderful place, great staff, beautiful buildings.

There was a couple above us making noise late into the night that disturbed our sleep significantly for the third night of our stay. The manager gave us a complementary breakfast in compensation, which was kind.

A beautiful and historic hacienda

The beautiful and very clean property, historic ruins, lovely gardens, and scenic waterfalls. Also, the attentive and helpful staff were wonderful.

Room telephones were not working. The swimming pool needed cleaning. The only restaurant served horrible and overpriced food with a limited menu (see picture).

Nice Hacienda with historical value.

We only had coffee and pastries at this hotel. The hacienda was everything I remember from years past. The room was extremely large and had a sauna. The king size bed was very comfortable. The history of the hacienda is amazing. The security guard at the door/gate was wonderful and very helpful, his name is Sabino. I felt secure at night knowing someone was at the front 24/7. The server at the restaurant was very polite.

The water is yellow, we were told it is due to the minerals. It was hard to feel clean after a shower. The bathroom cabinet smelled of mildew, it was a very strong scent that was masked by a freshener. :( The front office staff was just "ok", nothing about them made our stay feel special unlike Sabino at the front gate.

Very beautiful hacienda with decent clean rooms. The waterfall in the park behind the hacienda is amazing. We did not try the restaurant but the food stands just outside the hotel which were good.

No WiFi in the rooms but in the restaurant. The rooms are basic inside but okay. The Queen size beds are quite hard.

Location is perfect. Area is well maintained and close to the highlights

Rooms are freezer cold and that take away the comfort level. The restaurant is not up to the price standard of the hotel. It should offer much better dining quality. I also didn't like the fact that their card paying system failed, that suddenly became my problem

La hacienda como recinto es muy interesante, la historia todo es lo mejor

Estos puntos son importantes 👇 El hotel como tal esta fatal, hay cosas que no especifica la descripción de booking y que te hacen super incomoda la experiencia. - Las imágenes de la descripción de las habitaciones no corresponden, no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones reales: para empezar las camas no son cómodas, los cuartos no tienen calentador o chimenea en su mayoría solo las suites más grandes si lo tienen, los demás cuartos es insoportable el frío y la única solución es darte un calentador chafisima que no calienta nada, así como otra colcha, una persona enferma de los pulmones no lo lograría mi esposo y yo salimos muy mal de los pulmones por el frío de la habitación que para nada estaba equipada para ser de descanso -hotel de "desconexion" en ningún lado de la página de Internet ni de booking menciona eso pero mas bien es falta de administración o tacañeria de los dueños el precio de la habitación da a entender que hay todas las comodidades pero ni de chiste, no hay televisión disque porque es de desconexion pero tampoco tienen actividades para hacer, tampoco hay Internet en las habitaciones por lo que entre el frio horrendo y el que no hay red no puedes hacer absolutamente nada por lo que si requieres trabajar no les importa y no se puede, solo hay Internet en las áreas comunes pero si hay muchos huéspedes está fatal e igualmente para enviar un mensaje te tienes que seguir congelando para poder comunicarte pero llamadas no salen lo que lo hace peligroso estas lejos de todo la carretera esta fatal porque ni luz hay de camino y red o Internet no hay,por lo que si tienes una emergencia probablemente te vaya muy mal.

Excelente opción para alojarse en un lugar histórico con mucho encanto

Esta antigua hacienda, convertida en hotel, es un lugar fantástico. Tanto es así, que si uno va de visita (sin alojarse), la entrada cuesta 100 pesos, ¡y merece la pena! El lugar es bellísimo, hay catacumbas increíbles, y hay un paseo precioso hasta una cascada y los prismas basálticos. La habitación en sí es algo austera, no hay televisión (pero, ¿quién necesita televisión con un hotel y una naturaleza tan bonita alrededor?).

La habitación es algo fría en invierno. Y el restaurante, cuando fuimos, cerraba a las 7 de la tarde, así que, para cenar, uno tiene que salir del hotel e ir al pueblo, Huasca de Ocampo, que está a varios kilómetros y hay que ir en coche.

Estancia romántica

La hacienda es hermosa, hay muchos rincones por los cuales perderse, caminar y sentarse a admirar el paisaje. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, además de bonitas, la suite que pedimos tenia chimenea y como hacía frío pedimos leña, eso le añadió un toque todavía mas romántico a nuestra estancia. El desayuno con vista a una cascada fue una estrella más.

Que está dentro de la hacienda

La habitación standard es muy cara para lo que ofrece, son habitaciones construidas adicionalmente, tratan de simular el concepto colonial pero están muy lejos de lograrlo. Los colchones son muy duros y sucios, la base de madera de la cama muy vieja. No se pudo descansar, el baño no tiene cancel. No hay una extensión telefónica en l habitación para comunicarse con la recepción y o servicios por si se ocupa alto. El personal del restaurante no están atentos a lo que requiere el comensal.

El lugar está increíble

Lo que no me gustó fue que yo reserve una senior suite con 6 meses de anticipación y cuando llegué resulta que le dieron mi habitación a alguien más porque ese día tuvieron una boda. Yo iba a celebrar mi aniversario y me tuve que quedar en una habitación sencilla. Me ofrecieron una cena y decoración a la habitación la cual acepté, sin embargo toda nuestra planeaciones de esa habitación, no se logró. De muy mal gusto fue la marea en como me hicieron saber que no había mi habitación y que si quería me recomendaban otros hoteles cerca.

Muy linda la hacienda pero sencilla

La Hacienda en general. Es muy bella. Está cómodamente cerca de los prismas basálticos.

La sentimos descuidada. Adentro de la capilla había bolsas de basura desde la tarde anterior y en los jardines montones de basura. En tema q tenían del drenaje x tanta lluvia quizás pudieron haber puesto botellas de agua en el lavabo y en el WC un líquido de limpieza para mitigar el olor del agua.
