About this apartment rental
Perfect alternative to an expensive hotel room without giving up luxury or location!
Located in the wonderful and trendy Chueca Neighborhood. All new, completely renovated apartment, with all modern amenities and elevator. Very close to Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums and the Palacio Real (Royal Palace). A few steps away from the Gran Via. Near Malasaña and the Barrio de las Letras. The mercado de San Anton, which has a large selection of gourmet stands and restaurants, is at the end of the street, and there are several trendy, beautiful, and also classic, traditional, Spanish restaurants nearby.
The apartment is on the second floor, facing the street, with an elevator and also a wide beautiful staircase. It has 2 balconies with large windows that open and allow lots of natural light in and wooden floors.
The apartment has a king size bed (1.80m x 2.00m ), with all white, fluffy linens, plus an additional sofa bed in the living room. It has a very nice bathroom with a huge shower. Lots of light and smack dab in the middle of all the happening places. The bedroom is open to the rest of the apartment. You can see it well in the pictures.
It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need in case you decide to stay in and cook.
The apartment has a fiber optic Internet connection for extremely fast WiFi and a 40" Sony Smart TV.
I really want my guests to feel at home when they are in one of my apartments. I would love for them to feel At Home in Madrid.

We loved our stay here. The area is so trendy. We walked to the royal palace and to the Prado, museum of archaeology and the park. There were several supermarkets within walking distance, and a lot of restaurants. We ate local on several occasions. The apartment is modern, very comfortable, we did not want for anything. We were able to do laundry with the washer/ dryer, we could watch Netflix in English, we could cook, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Gorete sent us a fab document on her stay in Madrid with excellent suggestions. We loved our stay. Loved the high ceilings, the half timbered wall, the massive French doors and Juliet balconies. Check in was easy. Love, love, love. Would stay here again.

Gorete is a great communicator. The apartment is as listed in the photos. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, in a superb location walking distance to everything. Elizabeth greeted and checked us in rather quickly. It was very smooth process overall. Gorete, muchas gracias! Volveremos y nos vemos pronto.

Very large studio (feels more like a 1 bed) in an excellent location! Very well stocked with all needs & a comfortable bed. We were very happy with our stay & would definitely recommend.We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable apartment, centrally located with many restaurants steps away. Gorete is the perfect host with excellent communication. Highly recommend!
