Destino Five Ibiza - 5-Star Grand Luxe Resort - Free Entrance to Pacha Club

Ahmed was absolutely fantastic and really made our experience exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and was extremely friendly, attentive, and informative throughout. What impressed us most was how well he listened to what we were looking for and gave us excellent recommendations that were genuinely tailored to our needs. He made everything feel easy and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Isis was also very friendly and welcoming and gave us some great recommendations as well. Both were wonderful, with a special thank you to Ahmed for the outstanding service — he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is very nice and rooms modern and mini bar well stocked.

Rooms are very small so had to upgrade just to get enough wardrobe space as we were on the island for 2 weeks. You feel a second class citizen compared to the people who pay for a day pass you get no priority at all when it comes to having to book a bed each day for the pool. Food portions are also tiny for the amount you pay and were often left hungry. We went to see Marco Carola as part of our honeymoon and 4 nights at the hotel but the venue was so busy it was hard to get a drink or anywhere near the stage let alone use the toilets but

From the point of arriving the staff were so welcoming. Being a regular visitor it’s nice that the staff remember who you are. The rooms were fantastic and the cleaners ensured the room was spotless every day. Pool staff were great and made sure we always were happy. Shoutout to Rey for the birthday shots and helping us with extra tickets for the Destino music on event.

I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property, just that the pool temperature could have been cooler. Spending time here in August means it’s really hot so would be ideal to get into a cold pool.

The breakfast was fantastic

For a 5 star hotel I just expected more, it was average, rooms were small, no point getting a twin room because the beds don’t have enough room to be apart, no Dyson or decent hair driers in the bathrooms, no where to properly get ready, ants in the room
