    Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was extremely slow, disorganized, and lacked professionalism. The front desk agent initially assured me that the two rooms I had booked would be on the same floor. A short time later, she changed her statement and informed me that this was no longer possible because the rooms were unavailable. Although I accepted the situation, I was then told that only one room was ready and that I would have to wait for the second room to be cleaned. What was even more frustrating was that I was promised a phone call as soon as the second room became available. That call never came. After waiting for quite some time, I had to go back to the front desk myself to check the status, only to discover that the room was already ready. The overall attitude of the front desk staff was disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer service from a hotel of this standard. A smooth and welcoming check-in is one of the most important parts of the guest experience, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the training and service standards of the front desk team

    Everything was perfect at this lovely hotel. The quiet situation, the sea, the mini supermarket and the local bars. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food was good, waiter service on the private beach! The staff will do anything to help to make your holiday perfect. Thank you!
