About this cottage rental
This Waterfront Vacation Home is located on the East Shore and hosts a spectacular open floor plan with amazing Sunset Views. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Full size Laundry Room, Full Size Kitchen, Fire Place and Wifi. The large Lakeside Deck gives you the perfect spot to Bask in the Sun or watch an Amazing Sunset. The Fire Pit Deck located by the water is another great sunset view as well. Fire wood is provided.
Hubbard Lake is an All Sports spring fed lake ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and Great Fishing. There is a restaurant on the lake (Church Hill Pointe) near North End and a Gas Station on the West Side of the lake. Bring your own watercrafts or rent a watercraft from the local Marina’s.

Alpena is the approximately (20 minute drive)
White Pines Golf Course (5 minute drive)
Hubbard Lake General Store
Eagle Ride Golf Course – Glennie, MI (25 minute drive)

The lake house was very nice. With all the windows facing the lake It has a great view of the lake which was really nice to wake up to each morning.
The house was very clean was well stocked with the essentials. The kitchen included everything you need and the great room had plenty of seating for all.
The owner was easy to get in contact with if you have any questions or issues.

April’s home is immaculate. Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation rental from cleanliness to being well stocked with everything a renter could ever need. Location was perfect, views are stunning and fun was had by all! Thank you April for allowing us to vacation in your home! We can’t wait to come back!
