Villa 200 meters from Chia beach "Su Giudeu", full of beautiful sand dunes and typical juniper trees with a backdrop of the picturesque crystalline sea now known throughout the world. Ground floor villa with green lawn in front. The house consists of:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 bunk beds (4 places)
- 1 master bathroom with shower
- 1 half bathroom
- Living room with kitchenette with fireplace
- Storage room
- 2 large verandas (one on the front and one on the back)
- Outdoor barbecue
- Veranda equipped for eating out, garden, barbecue, outdoor shower, internal parking, equipped shade area.
