Loved Haralds, Bardonecchia, & Campo Smith location, but very frustrated not knowing staff

Location was perfect. But Campo Smith left it to Haralds Bar to take our complaints when heating went on day one, and light went on day 2

why would you want to sleep on the sofa bed at this price?

poor facilities room, very small, fixtures and fittings. Very old bedding dirty.

nothing had to go to a pub to find a key finding stuff was impossible

Good

Skiing right on the door step and the Harolds bar that was really nice especially the stuff who could speak English. The happy hour after 1700 was amazing with their more than enough "tapas"!!! Availability of skiing teachers and ski hire for the kids was amazing too!! The studio appartment had a big balcony overlooking the mountains and the skiing slopes...it was fantastic!!! There was a cafe that sold mulled wine and other drinks as well as crepes for take away...it was lush! There was a free bus within Bardonecchia but the town is small and walkable!

Tv only worked day 1 and internet was very poor so if one has kids,best come prepared with things for them to do after skiing in the evening. Not a problem if one has no kids as the Harolds Bar in Campo Smith is amazing for music,drinks and food! Even accommodated our diet 😎 Local supermarkets opened at 1600(i could be wrong though) so be ready for that too. No toaster in the room or kettle so people used to toast for breakfast can find alternatives.Also a normal kettle for boilling water on the hob was provided. Food is a tard expensinve here for eating out daily so whenever one can eat in the the appartment it would be a bonus! I had brought breakfast cereals for kids and my own tea bags and coffee then bought sugar locally.

Wonderful place for a ski holiday

Lovely studio, right next to the slopes, bars, coffeehouses, etc. Loved the huge balcony with a view facing the slopes.

The sofa bed could have been more comfortable, but it was decent enough for the price.

Amazing location, would stay again!

great location right on the mountain. our room had a balcony with a view of the mountain. Room size was nice with a kitchen.

it was difficult for a non Italian speaking person to communicate with the staff at the restaurant which is also where you check in / out. luckily I was with an Italian to help translate

Location - everything is there - very close to slops, ski rent, ski school, cafes

It was too warm in the flat and thermostat didn't work. We were sleeping in the same room with refrigerator that was working loud. WiFi didn't work, asked staff to fix it, they promised but never got back.

it has been many years I have been holidaying at Campo Smith and this year it was a big delusion with degradation of ser

location. it is just at the start of the ski lift and main meeting point for ski schools

disorganized, no reception any more, no way finding where to pick up the keys at arrival, garage for guests only for payment, ski box for guests not available any more. construction works in nearby apartment creating lots of noise every day.

Perfect location, met all our needs.

Good sized room with a lovely view of the piste. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. It's simple but not a problem for us. We had a 3 bed flat for 2 of us which gave us enough room.

There is no shop nearby so a walk into town was needed. The flat has no oven and just hobs to cook on.

Not worth the money

Great location for skiing and apres ski. The room has a nice mountain view from the balcony and the heating works great. Elevator to the parking garage.

Not possible to use boiler and the oventop at the same time. The hot water in the boiler is not enough for three people to take shower. There is no bed, they are very uncomfortable couch beds. Had to make 3 phone calls and go around the area multiple times for check-in. Spoiler alert, it is in a bar! Extra cost for closed parking. No WiFi.

Sept trip

Beautiful location with wonderful autumn walks. Wonderful restaurant for lunch or dinner within 100 feet of the accommodation with great food and staff.

Bei Anfragen war das Personal sehr bemüht. Es gab immer sehr zufriedenstellende Lösungen. Top! Sehr geräumige Zimmer.

Der Lärm/ die Musik aus dem angrenzenden Restaurant war unerträglich und viel zu laut. Interventionen wurden ignoriert. Schade. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr dem Standard.

Pas mal mais peut mieux faire.

L'emplacement, le parking gratuit. Pendant la période hivernale, l' emplacement est parfait car au pied des pistes.

Sur Booking il est écrit qu'il y a un ascenseur mais en réalité il faut préciser si on veut un logement au rez-de-chaussée car tous les logements ne sont pas équipés de l' ascenseur. Dans le logement, il y a très peu de rangement ( une grande penderie), pas de meuble dans la salle de bains et peu de vaisselle. Nous étions trois, c'était juste. L'appartement est prévu pour cinq personnes, à mon avis, c'est trop petit.

Mancava lo scolapasta e alcuni attrezzi da cucina . La piastra elettrica è difficile da capire (per chi come me non la conosce e non la usa) La sera con boiler e piastra per cucinare saltava la corrente ..
