Ruhehotel & Naturresort Rehbach - Adults only

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The property itself is truly impressive and beautifully designed. The location is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by stunning nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and the beautiful natural surroundings. We would gladly stay here again.

The staff were generally friendly, but the service felt somewhat impersonal and there was little proactive guidance. During peak hours, especially at breakfast and in the evening at the bar, staff could be difficult to find. We also found the card payment process unnecessarily complicated. Given the price point, we were surprised that the room did not include basic amenities such as a fridge, or a kettle, and complimentary drinking water was not available. These points did not ruin our stay, but they were noticeable shortcomings.

hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Rehbach Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Das Essen war morgens, mittags und abends sehr lecker und äußerst umfangreich. Es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das Housekeeping leistet hervorragende Arbeit – alles war stets sauber und gepflegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Rehbach war rundum gelungen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der großzügige Wellnessbereich mit seiner Vielzahl an Saunen – hier findet wirklich jeder den passenden Ort zum Entspannen. Auch der Ruhebereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt dazu ein, komplett abzuschalten. Das Essen war hervorragend, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch der Mittagssnack und das Abendessen. Alleine dafür hat sich die Anreise geholt. Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem das unglaublich zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt.

Breakfast served at 8:00. Much too late. Seemed to me as if the owners just didn't want to deal with anyone before then. Unfriendly attitude and arrogant.
