The property itself was nice and spacious. We loved looking over the Sound. Not beach side but Sound side of Duck, but still a beautiful location.

No refund booking, once made, get a long contract with all sorts of rules and extra fees. Company/managers were incredibly finicky. Also not responsive at all. The first day we got a text welcoming us and telling us to respond to that text if we needed anything. I tried to ask two simple questions and got no response. However on our last night when I asked about the cleaning fee, I got an immediate response that all information was in an email. The email was generic and did not answer my questions. They “provide” a $175 credit towards beach rentals, but that credit doesn’t cover the $45 delivery fee. So it’s just another $45 fee if you decide to use it. There were so many rules and warnings and cautions, it kind of killed any semblance of welcome. No shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath soap, lotion, dish soap, etc provided. Overall the stay was fine and we enjoyed ourselves. But I would not book with Seaside Vacations again.
