Logement grand et très propre. Communication très facile avec les hôtes. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaire.
Logement très bruyant avec le restaurant juste en dessous et la rue très passagère.

Ubytování je v dobré lokalitě v blízkosti pláže a Alghera. Celkově jeho dostupnost je dobrá, odtud můžete vyjíždět už kamkoli v pár minutách.
Přímo pod Vámi se nachází restaurace, kde poměrně fajn vaří. Někomu však může restaurace překážet, protože pokud se hosté dobře baví, slyšíte je do ložnice. :) Nám to tolik nevadilo.
Nebyla jsem tolik spokojená s čistotou koupelny a kuchyně. Každý máme asi jiné standardy, ale v kuchyni by mělo odpovídat vybavení indukčnímu sporáku. Fungovaly jen dva hrnce, pánve ne.. kvůli moka konvičce jsme zakoupili kávu, ale moka konvička také nefungovala. Chyběly úterky a čistá houbička na nádobí.
Pračka společná, žehličku jsem nenašla.
Psala jsem soukromě na ubytko, ale bez reakce.. a protože jsem tady podobnou recenzi už četla, věřím, že nyní dojde k nápravě.

Fertilia è un piccolo paesino perfetto per chi cerca un po di tranquillità. Si trova ad un passo da Alghero e intorno ci sono tante belle spiaggia.
L’appartamento è pulito e spazioso, i proprietari gentili e disponibili. C’è anche la possibilità di sedersi fuori sulla terrazza

This apartment has the potential to be good but is not well managed.
It is a good size, has aircon and good location to get to Porto Conte beaches and attractions. Short bus ride to Alghero.
It is reasonably clean as long as you don’t look at the mould growing in the shower, or your feet after you walk on the floor barefoot.
The kitchen has some equipment but is also missing some basics like a bread knife, frypan than works on induction cooker.
The property manager is unprofessional. First he asked to pay 10€ in city tax when it is 6€ and never apologised for his “mistake”.
When we said some basic items missing from the kitchen he said he was “too busy” to bring them the next day.
We got multiple messages about rubbish and told we’ll be charged if we leave rubbish in the room. However the right bins for recycling are not available.
I could go one with more examples of how poor the property manager is but this gives you an idea.
Under good management this could be a great apartment.
