The location was great with bus and shops just a street away. The view was amazing with sea and castle views. All amenities were good including a washing machine and cooking facilities. It was easy to catch transport all around the island from our location.

position is wonderful, you are basically sleeping in a tower on the sea facing the Castle, Naples gulf and Procida. Ischia Ponte is a nice parte of the island, quiet and with lovely restaurants and shops.
the furniture, utensils and appliances are a bit old or ruined. (I even found clothes moths in the closet!)
living room full of business cards, leaflets etc...
in the flat you can find a plan describing the weekly garbage collection schedule asking to follow procedures.
but also they state that if you leave any trash in the flat you need to pay 20 eur.
since they collect a different material every day it is impossible not to leave some garbage in the flat when you check out.
this 20 eur should be included in cleaning fee, it's not a tip
