Great location, close to beach, castle, shops and restaurants. Fantastic view on the beach and castle. Apartment is very well equipped and practical with all needed.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here and truly felt welcomed from beginning to end. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole trip. Before our arrival, he proactively arranged a taxi from the port for us, checked in during our stay to make sure everything was fine, and even sent kind messages before our departure. Everything was handled with great care and attention.
There were also many thoughtful details that made us feel very welcome: a fruit bowl filled with fresh fruit, a bottle of water in the fridge, olive oil, coffee, cookies, and even blankets specially prepared for the beach. These small touches made the apartment feel very warm and cared for.
The apartment itself is very charming, with traditional Italian decoration and a warm, cozy atmosphere. From the balcony you can see the castle, and the beach is literally just downstairs. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and it really gives you an authentic local Ischia experience rather than a touristy one.
The port is also within easy walking distance, which made everything very convenient.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday experience here and were very happy with our stay. Honestly, I do not understand why anyone would rate this place below 8 — in our opinion, this apartment definitely deserves to be recommended.
The only thing we missed was a microwave in the kitchen, which would have made things a bit more convenient — but honestly, this did not affect how much we enjoyed the apartment.

The location every time. Its right on the beach and in the centre of the old and new town . Everything is handy . The supermarket is a 10 min walk . Restaurants and bars very close .
