Location location location. Close to beach and beach boardwalk. Easy access to local transport. Local grocery shops, GP and pharmacy are just a stone throw away. Free parking included. Staff was friendly, helpful and chatty. Great communication prior to arrival and during stay. The apartment was clean, nice bedding, fully equipped 2 bedroom (sleeps 6 including comfy sofa bed) apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies - as described and matched pictures shown online. Price was unbeatable. Value for money. We happily recommend staying with K&R Apartments.

Very good

Very comfortable apartment equipped with virtually everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It is located just by rail and bus station which makes the place ideal for people willing to explore Ruegen by public transport (anyway - really well functioning).

- stairs; not a real disadventage, rather someting you need to be aware e.g. of if you travel with kids or; both staircase and internal stairs in double level appartement are really steep (anyway - the internal stairs are very well secured so you may safely leave your children upstairs) - information - it would be great to know in advance what possibility gives the Binzer Bucht Card (obligatory visitor tax collected by the venue). After some time we have realized that it gives us free transportation within Binz-Prora (after having spent a couple of euro on that purpose) Still - that was a great stay and we recommend the place!

Exceptional

Spotless clean and comfortable, close to both the train station and the beach. It was perfect for 2 adults and one child. It could be a bit cramped with more people. There is all cooking equipment and even a dishwasher (including the tablets). There is no elevator in the building, so it could be a bit complicated for a family with a small child (and a buggy).

Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Ausstattung war gut, auch ein Backofen vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem. Bahnhof und Strand in Laufnähe.

Hier und da gab es einige kleinere Mängel mit der Sauberkeit. Als Tage später weitere Gäste in das Nachbarapartment eingezogen sind wurde es lauter, durch die Wände zu hören.

Zentrale Lage, wenige Meter zum Strand, Großbahnhof, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Modernes Apartment mit Balkon, sehr bequemes Bett. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Kein Fahrstuhl. Gebuchtes Apartment wurde von Booking.com im EG angegeben, war dann aber 2. OG. Es empfiehlt sich die Unterkunft vorher zu kontaktieren.

Binz werden wir sicher wieder besuchen die Unterkunft wohl eher nicht.

Der Textilbadestrand ist fußläufig relativ schnell zu erreichen. FKK'ler sollten besser ein Fahrrad dabei haben. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, eben so Strandpromenade und Restaurants.

Erstausstattung?? Hab ich so in noch keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt. Wir hatten die Müllbeutel welche in den Eimern waren, 1 Geschirrspültabs und 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das sei die Erstausstattung damit man nicht gleich am Anreisetag einkaufen muss. Wir hätten ohne zusätzliche Kosten alles mitbringen können. Da das nicht auf der Beschreibungsseite steht mussten wir alles kaufen. Sorry aber für den Preis der Unterkunft hätte ich das anders erwartet. Die Balkonmöbel haben auch ihren Zenit erreicht und gehören ersetzt.

Schönes frisch renoviertes großes Apartment in zentrellen Lage

Das Apartment ist frisch renoviert,modern groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas kompliziert im Aufbau.Im Ausgeklapptem Zustand nimmt sie das halbe Wohnzimmer ein. Obwohl wir für 3 Personen gebucht haben,wurde nur die Bettwäsche im Schlafzimmer überzogen. Für die 3 Person,die auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schläft,mussten wir es selber machen. Es waren nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier da. Keine Ersatz - Müllbeutel

Schönes Appartement in Binz

Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist natürlich nicht ganz so bequem und der Esstisch für 4 Personen ein wenig beengt, aber dafür konnte man auf dem Balkon sehr gut sitzen. Die Lage ist super. Ein kurzer Weg zum Meer und auch zum Zentrum von Binz ist es nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurant sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr bereits wieder gebucht.

Wir waren bereits das 2 mal in dieser Unterkunft. Bis zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe, also wir haben alles richtig gemacht.
