Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping. Great size private pool. Very relaxed environment. Super friendly staff. Felt private and luxurious as you walk down the path to your villa.

Was clean, well stocked. Everything was comfortable. There’s 4 showers and 2 toilets. Ate in the restaurant once, it was ok for the price. Beer only, no cocktails or wine. The villa was very private and relaxing. Complimentary snacks and drinks were in the fridge, which was nice.
Needs more shade,I had to keep moving the lounger to get shade.
Pool was soooooooooo cold that we barely used it and it was what I was looking forward to the most. Not sure if it was due to the rain or the walls of the private courtyard.
There’s some construction nearby, unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about that noise.

Great 3 bedroom Villa for a family stay. Close enough to all of the attractions of Seminyak. Available room service excellent food and great value.

Great location to the beach, Seminyak Square and other popular beach clubs, clubs, resorts and restaurants. All accessible by walking or short scooter rides. The staff are amazing, so friendly and help you organise trips, massages for the rooms, airport transfers, room service from the villa restaurant etc. The villa we stayed in is great for 2, big pool and so tranquil, quiet and private.
There is nothing we didn't like about the villa. Just note that the road leading to the villa (only about 400m) at night is a little dark if that bothers anyone walking on their own.
