This is my preferred hotel when in Kyiv. Location, location, location. This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the WiFi is strong, and the shower's water pressure is strong and the water is hot. I recommend this property.
I don't like that I have to ring a bell to enter the hotel. They should offer guests the ability to enter the hotel with a key or key fob or an access code to enter.
