We had a wonderful stay at Matt's place. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed playing in the water off the dock. It was a hot week and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool with the help of ceiling fans and other fans. For our son, he enjoyed finding the ducks hidden around the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great two weeks at this modest home on the east side of Lake Leelanau between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. As avid cyclers, we loved that it was a short ride to the TART trail. The kitchen is well stocked, and had everything we needed to bake a pie with the berries we picked at Bulldog Berries (just a ten- minute drive away). The driveway is very steep - not a problem for our four-wheel drive vehicle, but a stretch for our
other car. Pro-tip: the first night we were visited by numerous gnats and other insects - until we realized that there were large spaces around the window air-conditioner. Once we removed the air conditioner and closed the window, the problem was solved. The numerous fans kept the house comfortable inside.

It was the perfect place for a total getaway. I love Lake Leelanau and the surrounding areas. The cottage is cozy and the sunset views are spectacular.

My husband and I had a nice, relaxing week at Matt’s cottage. It has everything you need with the best spot on the lake. Sunsets are amazing! Wish we would have stayed two weeks. Thanks Matt!
