Location is good and staff is extremely kind. Room was cleaned
The facilities are not well maintained - mirror is so old and stained you can’t see anything, shower floor as well. The smell is not very pleasant and there’s a. Lot of noise coming from the street No elevator and limited check in times

Phillipa the receptionist was AMAZING! She totally went the extra mile - such exceptional service! Nice to have a kitchen.
No A/C or fans so too hot! The ‘shared’ balcony was a bit awkward… although the location was fantastically central - it was noisy at night as the festival was on.

Great location- right by the water and town. Big room.
Bathroom was a bit tired, the drain was blocked and it made the room smell terrible.
