Beautiful place and family just becareful of the back rooms

There are rooms facing a beatiful view at the same time there are room facing the back door which you dont really want to be there. The guest will be really disappointed if someone is given that type of rooms. I wish if they can be clear about these two choices prior to reservation.

Perfect and amazing trip. It's my dream life and house.

The house is on the top of a mountain, so the mountain view is really amazing. If you are luck enough, you can see the sunsets shining on the top of the mountain.

It's a perfect house. Johanna and her family are very nice. Her mother cooked vey good breakfest every morning.

A beatiful stay right above Brixen

The Winklers who own the farm and the property were absolutely lovely (and they gallantly overcame my terrible level of German). We stayed during Easter and the property was just lovely decorated with all kinds of eggs, bunnies and whatnot. The breakfast was excellent and tasty, the room was spic and span clean, beds were very comfortable. The star of our stay was the owners' dog - Nelly. I threw her a ball or two and that was enough to convince her that we're her new best friends and she must accompany us wherever we go. So we went hiking together. The surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful time and I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Very good breakfast. Beautiful views. Its a little bit of a ride to get into the town but not bad. A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice feature.

Stay at Zehrehof

Excellent location with spectacular view. The road up the mountain might be tricky for those who don't have much experience driving in the mountains, but it's completely worth it. The owners are very nice and helpful people. The room was comfortable with a very spacious bed and excellent bathroom. We could also freely use the terrace and yard to sit in the evening and enjoy the panorama of the mountains. All in all an absolutely marvellous place that I would surely want to visit again someday. Good base for mountain walks and visiting nearby Bressanone/Brixen.

Beautiful location up on the mountainside, with wonderful views across the valley. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Lovely area for walking. Good breakfast.

Enjoyabe stay in the South Tyrolean Alps with a beautiful view.

Nice guest house on the hillside, 15 min drive from the valley on sometimes narrow but always safe roads. Good value for money in otherwise quite expensive South Tyrol. Cozy room with wonderful view on the mountains including some dolomites. Friendly hostess, who speaks German and Italian but could also communicate to other guests, who only spoke English. Freshly prepared breakfast with different type of home-made jam every day. We will definately return if we visit South Tyrol again.

le cadre champetre isolé et panoramique la qualité de l'acceuil et l'amabilité des hotes la place dans la chambre le petit déjeuner complet avec gateaux maison et lait de la ferme, un must un matin de neige la déneigeuse de la commune était déjà en action avant 9H pour dégager la route

Gestori molto cordiali di una struttura confortevole che offre una veduta eccezionale sulla vallata.

La colazione potrebbe essere più variegata e ricca. Ritengo l’assenza del bidet in bagno una mancanza non accettabile.

Südtirol, immer wieder wunderschön!

Alles war super und die Familie war sehr sehr nett. Der Ausblick vom Hof war traumhaft, leider war unser Balkon auf der hinteren Seite. Leider waren wir auch nur kurz zum Wandern da und konnten den tollen Garten mit Liegen...nicht nutzen. Wir kommen wieder.

Bellissima sorpresa nelle Dolomiti

La struttura è eccellente . La differenza la fanno i proprietari Anna Maria e Robert . La colazione è al top . La location è in un punto panoramico di Bressanone e di facile accesso. Punto di partenza per escursioni e gite , la struttura si trova vicino alla parte migliore delle Dolomiti , Val Gardena, Seceda, Odle, val di Funes ecc

Merveilleux séjour

La vue est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux , il y a tous les jours un gâteau fait maison. Et aussi les confitures. La propriétaire est très serviable et nous donne beaucoup d informations pour se balader. C est seulement à 15 mn de voiture de Bressanone ( ou Brixen). Et oui attention tout est traduit dans les 2 langues : italien et allemand. Nous avons droit à la Brixen Card en tant que vacanciers et c est très interessant. Ça rend tous les bus gratuits pour aller voir les principaux sites. Ça donne un aller retour gratuit dans les œufs de la grande station de ski Plose.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf met prachtig uitzicht! Hele vriendelijke huiseigenaren, waar niets te veel is! Bij een familie met een kleine boerderij ernaast. Parkeren voldoende plek. Alles netjes/schoon en elke dag wordt de kamer bij gehouden, schone handdoeken etc. Ontbijt is erg gemoedelijk en voldoende keuze. Zelfs nog een gezamenlijke koelkast, waar voor elke kamer een vak ter beschikking is. Dat is een fijne toevoeging aan het verblijf! Het is even een rit naar boven vanaf het dal bij Brixen, maar je komt aan in totale rust. Geweldig!

Kedves, figyelmes, kéréseinkre rugalmasan reagáló, hibátlan vendégszeretet kaptunk. Csodálatos panoráma, békességet sugárzó környezet, ideális hely a hegyek között. Sokféle lehetőség kínálkozott, ha csak sétára vágytunk, a házunk mellett elhaladó jelzett turista ösvényen is bátran neki indulhattunk. A távolabbi magashegyi túrázáshoz is alkalmas helyen voltunk, hiszen 5 perc autózás után a helyi tömegközlekedés elérhető Tilsből, ahonnan egy óra alatt a Brixen kártya révén bárhova ingyenesen eljutottunk. A kulináris lehetőségek, a bőséges, svédasztalos reggeli minden reményünket felülmúlta. És háziasszonyunk, Johanna kedves ajánlására negyedóra autózással minőségi étteremben is vacsorázhattunk! Nagyon kellemes pihenés tere a ház melletti gondozott terasz puha pázsittal, nyugágyakkal.

Talán a hangszigetelés jelenhet kellemetlen érzetet, a szomszédok beszélgetésének részleteit is hallani olykor.

Krásné ubytování s výhledem na hory, skvělou atmosférou a milým personálem

V ubytování jsme se cítili jako doma – příjemná atmosféra, milý personál a bohaté snídaně nás mile překvapily. Klidná lokalita na samotě, ale zároveň v dojezdové vzdálenosti od města, ideální pro odpočinek. K tomu všemu nádherný výhled na hory a okolní krajinu, který jsme si opravdu užili. Příjemně nás překvapila i sdílená lednice s boxem pro každý pokoj. Nemáme co vytknout a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

Super tolle, liebevolle Unterkunft oberhalb von Brixen

Alles top!!! Super hübsches, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen. Den kleinen Balkon haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da es eine tolle und große Terrasse mit wunderschöner Bergaussicht gibt, die zum gemütlichen verweilen einlädt (inklusive überdachtem Sitzbereich, Schwebeliegen etc.). Die Familie Winkler ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit kann man gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen bekommen. Wir haben uns Außerdem in die süße Hündin Nelly verliebt! Sehr tolles Frühstück inklusive selbst gemachten/ gebackenen Leckereien. Die Lage oberhalb von Brixen ist traumhaft schön! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für alles! :)
