Enjoy the first rays of sunshine during breakfast on the terrace or on the balcony of your apartment with a view of Brixner's local mountain, the Plose and the Dolomites with the Odle. In winter, the tiled stove provides cozy warmth in the spacious cooking and living area. The entire kitchen and bedroom are paneled with natural spruce.

Apartment Kerschbaumer
Our house offers you several beautiful apartments from 32 m² - 75 m² suitable for 2-7 people in alpine style, also a sauna, lawn, garden, grill and outdoor dining area, terrace or balcony with a unique view of the Dolomites. The house is on the outskirts of Feldthurns in the countryside. The village center with shops, bars, restaurants is only a few minutes' walk away. A very nice outdoor swimming pool with 3 pools and two tennis courts are also in Feldthurns. In winter you can reach the family-friendly Maders ski lift in 2 km, large ski areas such as Val Gardena with the Sella Ronda, Alpe di Siusi, Plose or the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area can all be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Due to the very central location, you have the opportunity to explore one of the mentioned ski areas every day and relax in the sauna in the evening.
A specialty in summer and autumn is the common alpine hiking day to the in-house alpine pasture with a typical Tyrolean lunch.
You can take herbs and salads from our vegetable garden.
Other facilities include free WiFi in the entire building, washing machine and ski / snowboard storage in the utility room, cot and children's table seat, hairdryer, hiking sticks, snowshoes, sledding, parking spaces at the house.
The Kerschbaumer holiday home certainly offers the right ambience to spend your summer or winter vacation actively.

Die Wohnung (Ploseblick) hielt alles, aber wirklich alles, was in der Beschreibung stand. Am besten hat uns jedoch der Kaminofen gefallen, der jeden Morgen vom Vermieter angefeuert wurde. Es war zu jeder Tageszeit immer schön warm in der Wohnung und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern - perfekt. Wenn man, so wie wir, den ganzen Tag draußen war, war man froh, in eine warme Wohnung zu kommen. Die Aussicht ist sehr, sehr schön. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Südtirol zu entdecken (so haben wir es zumindest gemacht). Parkplätze waren trotz des vollen Hauses ausreichend vorhanden. Dass auf Mülltrennung geachtet wurde, fanden wir auch sehr gut. Einziges kleines Manko: der Fernseher ist schon sehr, sehr klein, aber in der Ecke gibt es wahrscheinlich gar keine andere Lösung, dafür waren aber auch alle deutschen (auch österreichische und schweizerische) Programme empfangbar. Der Vermieter Andreas war sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen war er sofort zur Stelle. Alles in allem: EINFACH EINE TOLLE FERIENWOHNUNG. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.
