Per mia esperienza di rado mi sono trovata fagocitata in cotanta professionalità coniugata magistralmente ai tre principi di base dell'ospitalità: familiarità, attitudine al cliente, cura della struttura.
L'ubicazione rappresenta poi la punta di diamante di questo hotel. L' Hotel Marconi ti trasmette teste' la sua storia e te ne avvedi dall'anima che emana ovunque, dalla famiglia che lo gestisce all'energia che respiri negli ambienti "vintage" ma al contempo lindi e pinti come una casa di una cara nonna che con cura accoglie e accudisce i suoi "nipoti".
Ala mia età non mi era mai capitato altresì che la struttura si prodigasse a cercarmi (e trovarmi), la colazione che aveco chiesto malgrado non fosse nel suo "menu" standard. Nel 2025 la maggior parte degli hotel ha un approccio a tratti "arido ed impersonale, ma non certo l'Hotel Marconi. Ci tornerò, almeno con la mente, ma forse anche personalmente!
Se vi aspettate la classica struttura per pseudo-influencer "tutto lusso (finto") e poca sostanza andate altrove..

Siamo stati accolti come se ci conoscessimo da sempre ed è questo che fa la differenza da altre strutture. È stata la prima vacanza con nostro figlio di 9 mesi, tra mille paure e pensieri ci hanno aiutato a fornirci tutti i comfort per lui rendendo così il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Hanno la spiaggia privata meravigliosa con tutti i comfort del caso. Torneremo sicuramente. Un grazie particolare a Daniela e Riccardo per aver reso questa esperienza indimenticabile.

Staff and Riccardo were very helpful and kind despite not being able to speak English. The location directly opposite the beach was perfect.
The wifi didn't work in our room and the shelf in the bathroom half hanging off the wall.
This hotel looks tired and untidy ~ unkempt entrance and garden. It really needs a renovation but we understood that covid was tough on tourism. Sorry Riccardo.
We made the best of our stay by remaining positive and understanding. But at almost €150 per night, definitely overpriced, despite it being mid summer.
