Camere all'avanguardia della tecnologia (autoricircolo dell'aria, termoarredi superperformanti, interruttori luci digitale a sfioro, tutto funzionante alla perfezione!), cordialità e disponibilità di Marco, colazione ricca, soddisfacente e anche con torte fatte in casa, posizione della struttura perfetta, con panorama spettacolare! Grottammare da visitare almeno una volta nella vita, ti lascia d'incanto (almeno con atmosfera Natalizia).
Il parcheggio è si privato e disponibile senza prenotazione, ma il cancello che lo delimita è tenuto sempre aperto (per necessità)
