Convenient location between Bamberg and Rothenburg on der Tauber. Peaceful outdoor seating at the restaurant. Friendly Staff. Our room had a balcony and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a long day of site-seeing.
No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom which is a minor complaint.

Close to the A3 motorway
There were stairs up to the reception desk to check in and out, also to get into the restaurant where the breakfast was served. Not suitable for disabled guests or anyone in a wheelchair. The entrance door and other doors were extremely heavy to open. The lift to the upper floor was tiny and a wheelchair would not fit in it. there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The check out took ages because I was being charged more than the price given on booking.com, the computer couldn’t seem to cope with changes, and I felt like I was being interrogated by a woman on the other end of the phone, eventually the booking.com price was honoured.
