About this apartment rental
Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.
We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.
The studio can sleep up to two (2) guests.
It has a Queen size bed and a sofa (which cannot be used as a sofa bed)
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows for the queen bed and one towel per person upon arrival. (We do not provide substitution or new bedding during your stay)
The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. There are no arrivals after 7pm
Departure is prior to 10AM.
This is a walk up building with no doorman or elevator.
We do not have luggage service, mail or package service.
Guests may not receive any mail or packages at the building. We can suggest a UPS store to you.
There may be construction and street noise in the area on West 28th St which we cannot control or be responsible for.

I think this studio has a lot of pros and cons - laying them below:
Pros - great location: very close to multiple subways, walking distance from groceries and shops, tons of restaurants. Studio is pretty functional - small but has everything you need, including AC, cooking tools, etc.
Cons - The overall building looks pretty dirty (which isn't atypical of NYC, but something to note for people who are not use to that) . The studio was pretty dirty when I moved in, but the manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean it right away. The worse con is probably the street noise. Though that is pretty common in NYC this is definitely on the noisier side. Between the construction just outside the window that starts at 7 AM, all the deliveries and trucks at all hours of the night, constant honking, and the people noises, it's definitely not for the light sleepers.

The property worked well for a summer internship. Pretty small, but did the trick. Rafael was fantastic helping with anything we needed. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that it was not super clean when I got there and there is no elevator (which was noted on the description).

Our 31 day stay definitely met our needs. Studio was clean. WiFi was good. AC worked well. Hot water was plentiful. All needs for basic cooking supplied. If City noise is bothersome, bring earplugs.
