The view from the terrace is fabulous. In January you get afternoon sun. The location in Los Gigantes is good with easy access to the shops and restaurants. The patio door lock mentioned in previous reviews as broken was repaired while we were there but be careful, it now locks and cant be opened from outside on the terrace! We had three weeks here which was excellent, addressing the minor challenges below would make this an excellent place to stay.

It feels that once it was well equipped but things that break are not replaced. The coffee filter machine is there but no jug for example. Mismatched glasses and plates feel a bit bargain basement. Agree with the previous reviews that absolutely nothing is left, no salt. pepper or washing up liquid. The bed isn't very comfortable and would massively benefit from a mattress topper. The pillows are a disgrace, lumpy and misshapen, and were only tolerable by wrapping them in the extra towels. Please provide some new ones!

Great view from balcony. Bathroom is a reasonable size. Pool is small but pool area kept very clean and tidy, as is the rest of the building

Property needs to be maintained properly. The host knew the balcony door locking mechanism was broken before our arrival, no attempt was made to fix it during our stay (4 weeks) so door could not be locked. Electric hob has only 3 of 4 rings working (reported 12 months ago). Kitchen pots do not have lids. Sun lounge cushion covers are tattered and split. Host was very friendly on arrival but did not respond or react to faults reported which was disappointing, especially regarding the unlockable balcony door.
