The location was fantastic with plenty of amenities close by. Very much enjoyed the view - always things to see.
Minor suggestions - kitchen equipment could do with more, really missed a proper kettle - and more cutlery might be helpful. Suggest getting bins with lids in the bathrooms. A more generous welcome pack could be considered - more than one tea towel and a few ml of washing up liquid would be appreciated.

Sehr schönes gemütlich ausgestattets Appartement mit tollem Ausblick von der Veranda auf den Yachthafen mit Sonnenuntergang und den los Gigantes Felsen.
Gesamter Komplex und Appartement schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wurde gerade mit recht viel Lärm restauriert. Anfragen an den Vermieter wurden uninteressiert bis gar nicht beantwortet. Würde es aber trotz allem empfehlen.

cockroaches in the bathroom.outdated facilities the knives need changing, new toaster and kettle, master bed is hard, shower cubicle small and you burn your arms on the taps when moving around, all the fixtures like towel rails are loose , cracked tiles, light bulbs missing, only one blind in the master bedroom but doesn’t work, it generally needs a bit of a refurbishment.
