We loved it!

The landlady was really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location of apartments is amazing, super close to the coast and just 30ish minutes walking from Budva. There's also a bus line that goes directly in front of the place and gets close to the main bus station. We were there for 3 nights and we would love to come back again! Book this place, you definitely won't regret it! The place is exactly as it looks like on photos, there's no doubt about that and it's a bit bigger than what we expected. Supermarket is just 2-3mins away by walking, same as one local shop that's open 24h. Beach as well was really close. There are two good restaurants that the owner reccommended and they are basically right under the aparments.

Seems like the whole place Bečići is for older generations. We're in mid-twenties and we hardly saw people our age, but that's why we went to Budva and it was stunning!

The location, on the first place. Only 4 minutes walking from the top beach where we spent 4 days. Mrs. Stanka (owner) is the best, as well! Great host, and very kind!

Disappointing

Very nice host. Close to the beach.

Very bad wifi,cant even connect. Totaly without internet. Bed was very bad,sounds too much. Tight room. View wasnt like on the picture because one hotel was build after picture is taken. So view is at hotel and not "sea view".

- 300 meters to the local beach; - great restaurant “Atlantic” nearby; - clean room; - good owners; - when we said about the bad WiFi, the owner brought a new router next day.

Restoran u blizini. Mirisi hrane iz kuhinje koji bude "stpajuci za oci". Prosto je nepodnosljivo. Namestaj je star, oskudan, neudoban. Prostor je skucen. Slike apartman i sam apartman velika razlika. Peškiri pocepsni... Previsoka cena zakupa koja nije opravdana!

Predivno iskustvo

Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Apartman je sređen sa puno pažnje i ljubavi, što se tiče dizajna i funkcionalnosti, savršene čistoće, kuhinjica opremljena sa malo ali sasvim dovoljno neophodnog pribora - ono što mi se posebno dopalo - električno kuvalo za kafu, čase za vino, velike šolje za kafu i čak otvarač za vino. Apartman je 3 minuta od plaže i šetališta uz plažu, bukvalno pored autobuske stanice, i prodavnica . Ispod je simpatičan restoran sa povoljnim cenama dnevnog menija kompletnog ručka (npr. 9,5 evra je bečka šnicla, pomfrit, salata, pileća supa i čaša vina) . Tiha muzika koja se čula u večernjim satima je bila divna i opuštajuća, a osoblje preljubazno. Terasa je potpuno odvojena od susednog apartmana, što je omogućilo potpunu privatnost. WiFi signal je bio odličan.

Nije mi se dopalo ono što nema veze sa domaćinom, neplanska gradnja ogromnih zgrada im je zatvorila pogled na more, što je stvarno šteta, mogu da zamislim kako je bilo divno pre toga.

Gazdarica Stanka je glavno zbog cega bih se opet odlucila za ovaj smestaj🥰

Lokacija je odlicna, 2 minuta od plaze, minut do Ideje i manjeg marketa preko puta Ideje koji radi celu noc, pekara takodje na minut. Sve pohvale za gazdaricu Stanku, jako prijatna zena, pozitivna i uvek nasmejana.

Nije bilo bas najcistije, ali nije bilo nista strasno. Jedino bi moglo da se skrene paznja gospodji koja radi za njih koja se bavi naplacivanjem boravisne takse i cekiranja pasosa. Dosla je poslednji dan naseg boravka i kucala glasno i jako na vrata u 8 ujutru neprestano. Sve ostalo je na mestu🙂

Mekan, konum, ev sahipleri; hepsi çok çok iyiydi. Daha girer girmez huzur buldum 🎉 tekrar gelecek olsam yine Apartments Stefan'ı tercih ederim. Bölgede tanıştığım herkese tavsiye ettim ve daha dönmeden Türkiye'deki arkadaşlarıma da 😍

Boravak je bio zaista odličan! Domaćini su veoma ljubazni i uslužni. Sve je bilo čisto, udobno i lepo uređeno. Lokacija je savršena – samo dve minute do plaže.

Расположение апартаментов очень неплохое

Хозяйка могла бы быть более расположена к гостям...При поселении не могли найти ее достаточно долгое время... При выселении попросили оставить два рюкзака,согласилась,но когда забирали,чуть ли в шею нас выгнала за полчаса до приезда такси((( Ну и дырявую простынь,я думаю, можно было и заменить уже ...

Der Qualität und Preisleistung stimmen nicht über ein

Perfekte Lage und herausragendes Restaurant! Die Lage ist einfach ideal – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Bushaltestelle, Strand, Supermarkt und sogar eine Bäckerei mit fantastischen Leckereien, nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant Atlantik im Erdgeschoss: außergewöhnlich gut! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Betreiber sehr freundlich und das Personal bietet einen erstklassigen Service. 10 von 10 Punkten – absolute Empfehlung! 👍

Das Objekt wird über eine Agentur verwaltet, die angeblich für die Organisation verantwortlich ist. Allerdings fühlte sich niemand zuständig, als es um offensichtliche Missverständnisse ging – beispielsweise um die veralteten und irreführenden Fotos auf Booking.com. Auf den Bildern sieht man das Meer, was den Eindruck erweckt, dass man Meerblick hat – dies entspricht jedoch nicht der Realität. Trotz rechtzeitig mitgeteilter Ankunftszeit wurden wir nicht wie erwartet empfangen. Es war niemand vor Ort, um uns einzuchecken, sodass wir uns selbst organisieren und herausfinden mussten, wo sich der Schlüssel befindet. Das war definitiv ein negativer Start in den Aufenthalt. Am nächsten Morgen, gegen 8 Uhr, wurden wir ohne Vorankündigung von einer Mitarbeiterin der Agentur überrascht, die unangekündigt an der Tür klopfte, um die Touristensteuer (1 €/Tag) einzusammeln. Das war unangenehm und nicht professionell – vor allem, weil es keinerlei vorherige Information dazu gab. Auf Nachfrage, wann die Handtücher gewechselt werden, erhielten wir eine falsche Auskunft. Üblicherweise erfolgt der Wechsel bei Aufenthalten dieser Art am dritten oder vierten Tag – darauf wurde jedoch nicht hingewiesen. Der Kanalgeruch in der Unterkunft war sehr unangenehm. Zudem war die Bettwäsche sehr alt, teilweise mit Löchern. Auch die Polster und Matratzen sind stark abgenutzt und sollten dringend erneuert werden.

Dobrý cena vzhledem k blízkosti pláže

Pokoj měl dobrou velikost, oceňuji tři plnohodnotné postele, které byly pohodlné. Vybavení jednoduché, ale účelné. Blízko moře, na prázdninový pobyt u moře tak akorát.

Odpoledne a večer byl cítit odpad z koupelny, to bylo celkem nepříjemné a WIFI běžela dost špatně.

Отличное расположение.Пляж,магазин,автобусная остановка.Все рядом.Горячая вода всегда.Хорошо работает кондиционер,что важно.Печка .Мне не хватало нескольких больших тарелок,что бы раскладывать фрукты и морепродукты,но это мелочи-привычка.А так,отличный отдых.

Мелочи на которых можно не обратить внимание.И плохо работает замок.Надо смазать.Заедает.
