Понравилось все! Завтрак был прекрасный, персонал готов был помочь во всем! Нам даже собрали завтрак с собой из-за раннего отъезда Виды с балкона шикарные!

Душевая кабинка немного протекала

Location was good for our hikes (Seceda ridge and Forcella del Sassolungo). Room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. Spa facilities were amazing, with the relaxation view being exceptional. Breakfast had everything we could asked for with cooked breakfast, yogurts, meat and bread and lots of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the younger lady with black curly hair (we didn’t catch her name). The hotel had also had a football and table tennis table!! With a nice outside area out the front. Parking was easy and relatively spacious. Restaurants, bards and a supermarket were all within walking distance.

Nothing bad to say!

The SPA id amazing

The staff was absolutely unacceptable. From start to end every interaction with any of the personnel was a disaster. Some of them refused to even look me in the eyes while speaking and stared into their computer lile a robot, others wouldn't bother to take their airpods off. They have these wierd rules, where if you want to enjoy the amazing view during breakfast, you CAN'T because apparently we are at school and have assigned numbered tables, no matter that most tables with a view are unoccupied. Guess they only reserve them for high paying customers. What kind of classist place is this? The staff went so far to put extra utensils and glasses on the best view tables so nobody sits on them. What the hell?
