Great location to town. People were friendly. Helen was amazing and went out of her way to accommodate us. Simple and straight forward self checkin and checkout. Very convenient. Will be back and highly recommend. Thank you Helen for a great stay.

It's a B&B without the breakfast. So just a room in a house. We booked the larger room which was perfectly nice, but poor value considering the price we paid, and a good kilometre up the hill from the town centre.

It's a B&B with no breakfast, so it's a B no B The room was clean, some handles missing from drawers. The bin outside was overflowing No staff, you collect your key from a key safe box at front door

Very good location. Quick walk from town along the Greenway

Mattress too soft and uncomfortable. Curtains very light and quite transparent which let in a lot of light. The shower was very dated and didn't allow any adjustments of the shower head.

It was near ish town with a nice walk in. Room was basic but clean.

On the day of arrival, we received a text message stating that they no longer do breakfast, which we thought was odd as we booked a bed and breakfast. The room was basic and clean, but we could hear every coming and going of guests and especially the guests above us.

Easy to park and short walk to town.

Impersonal. No real contact with the hosts or any of their staff / representatives. Plumbing needs an upgrade. Hot water was scalding. Cold water tap on basin barely worked. Toilet pan was loose.

Just stay in Westport.

It was a clean room a short drive from downtown Westport.

The staff was not responsive to phone nor email. The room was ok but the shower was very small. We ran out of toilet paper and no one was around or responsive. In two weeks in Ireland it was the only property that did not offer breakfast. I should have stayed in Westport.

Clean. Very comfortable bed. Tea making facilities.

No contact with any staff at the property just told a key code to access the property. No breakfast provided. Was told they would give details of places to get breakfast, only given after I messaged them. Booked a taxi they had given as recommended, didn't turn up. Was told in guest book there was a visitors lounge but couldn't see one.

It was clean

Not suitable location if you are not driving. Tried for a week before my arrival to get in contact with someone at the property, I called & left voicemails and I also emailed to which no one responded.

Water pressure was non existent, other guests were very loud with a loud commotion at 2:30am, mattress was very thin and had no cushion to speak of, hosts were not physically present and did not return my phone call with a question about checkout.

Very nice

A nice cottage five minutes outside Westport Ireland. We asked for a king size bed, which was accommodated. Only drawback was no continental breakfast available, although we found a good place to have breakfast both mornings in town, called “This is the place“.

Room was clean

Cold water tap in the bathroom did not work for the most part. TV worked irregularly. Check in was a lock box at the door so did not meet anyone. Were were under the impression there was breakfast but turns out they have stopped doing breakfast. Paid €170 per night which was more expensive than hotels we had looked at.

The breakfasts were amazing. The room was comfortable and clean It was located just enough out of town. Plenty of parking space Helen was very personable and friendly

The bathroom was a tad on the small side. This did not affect us - however, the walk into town and back is not for anyone with walking difficulties.But you could say that for most of the places in Ireland!

It was a very welcoming stay , very homely and cosy . I had taken part in the Westport Sea to Summit event so it was perfect to relax afterwards . Breakfast was delicious. Thank you both lovely friendly hosts .

Exceptional

Most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Helen is the kindest host. Arrived in the rain with wet motorcycle gear and it was taken care of and totally dry for the next mornin! Amazing breakfast too with great menu choice. Hope to be back in Westport as area is great for bars and restaurants; perfect for a short break.

It would be a great place to stay if we were not on the ground floor and the bed was a queen (U.S.)

The breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient to town (15min walk.) On-site parking.

We were in a ground floor room and not only could you hear the folks upstairs clumping around, you could hear their conversation! Since the room looked out onto the courtyard near the back door and kitchen, we were reawakened at 12:30 when folks came back from a night on the town and continued their party on arrival. The bed was on the small side for two and you had to be careful in the shower.
