Wonderful relaxing stay among beautiful countryside. Highly recommended

Booking.com have lost the plot on this one. It's a fully renovated and modernised boutique hotel with a Michelin-approved restaurant. Not a rental apartment.

A hidden jewel

We ate in the hotel in the evening: that is the jewel in the crown! Excellent cuisine and good wines from their own vineyards

The apartment was beautiful with stunning views out over their own vineyards, Heike the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating, there was plenty of their own grown wine in the fridge which was very very reasonable priced. It’s a 2 mile walk from bernkastel keus along the river but taxis are reasonable and readily available. We had booked 3 nights here but had to leave after 1 as we were travelling by motorbike and had a problem that we had to get to a city to repair. We were sad to leave as it’s such a stunning place and we hope to return soon, thank you Heike for being so understanding. X

Be aware there is nothing in bernkastel-Andel, but it’s a beautiful location with either a 40 walk or 5 min taxi ride into bernkastel-keus

Schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar leichten Abstrichen

Die Suite war sehr schön, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden. Die Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür und kostenlos

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits im Ortsteil Andel gelegen, in einem Wohngebiet. Bis auf das zur Unterkunft gehörende Restaurant sind dort keine weiteren Lokalitäten. Die nächsten Restaurants findet man in Bernkastel, gute 3 km entfernt. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber die Auswahl hätte etwas mehr sein können. In unserer Suite gab es so gut wie kein WLAN. Das fanden wir doch etwas enttäuschend, zumal es in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde. Trotz Ansprache konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. In anderen Zimmern mag es funktionieren, aber nicht, wenn man im Nebengebäude untergebracht ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war ein Teil der nahen Bundesstraße gesperrt. Aus diesem Grund musste man extreme Umwege fahren, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen und, bei Benutzung des Pkw, auch zu anderen Zielen. Schwierig, wenn man sich so gut wie gar nicht auskennt.

Ich hatte gebucht,einfaches Zimmer. Bekam bei der Besichtigung ein besseres zusehen, dass uns viel besser gefallen hat. Nur musste feststellen,dass das Zimmer viel teurer war. Es wurde nicht erwähnt

Gute Unterkunft mit Frühstück

Die Unterkunft war gut, zB die Betten. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Zimmer und Frühstück war angemessen. Der Chef des Hauses und die übrigen Mitarbeiter innen waren überaus zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir/ich hatte den Zimmerschlüssel vergessen anzugeben. Die Rücksendung per Post wurde sehr freundlich und großzügig angeboten und klappte.

Wir waren enttäuscht betr Entfernung von der Stadt. Das französische Abendessen war außerordentlich schmackhaft und vom Feinsten, auch in der Präsentation. Nur der Preis war so enorm über dem für gutes Essen, dass wir geschockt waren. Wir hätten uns die Karte vorher ansehen müssen, als der Hausherr die "etwas höheren Preise" andeutete.

Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Kein Hinweis im Vorfeld. Dies war der Hauptgrund für die Buchung. Wir wollten abends nicht noch mit Fahrzeug unterwegs sein. Teilweise im Haus noch Baustelle.

Sfeervol ingericht appartement. Ligging in een wijk tussen de wijnvelden. Broodjes aan de deur in de ochtend. Goed bed. Wijnen in het appartement die voor goede prijs afgenomen kunnen worden. Balkon met zonnescherm. Luiken voor de deuren en ramen. Sfeervolle verlichting binnen.

Geen zon in ochtend en avond op het balkon. Wij zaten in appartement Bratenhöfchen. Zijdelings uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de wijnvelden aan voor - en achterkant van het hotel.

Neuwertiges, sehr komfortables Hotel Nähe Bernkastel

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Haus mit allem Komfort! Aufzug und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Minibar auf dem Zimmer ist mit den hauseigenen Weinen bestückt die man dann auch später noch entspannt auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden.

Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist gut, jedoch bei mehreren Gästen mit Rädern etwas beengt.
