A free outdoor parking space is available behind the house for your car. There are public parking options in front of the house.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be conveniently and securely stored in the lockable bike room and charged under supervision. The entrance is accessible from the side of the parking lot.

On-site fees: A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. This is a non-smoking apartment in a multi-family building; smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Loud music and parties are prohibited, and quiet hours from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. must be observed. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Behind the building (entrance on the left) are on-site, free parking spaces. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the basement in a separate, lockable room. The entrance is on the side, behind the building. A battery charging outlet is available for e-bikes. Please never charge the battery unattended. We recommend using a fireproof battery bag during the charging process. A key safe with a numeric code is available. On many dates, we will welcome you in person. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €1.70 per person/night will be billed separately prior to arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
