Location was ideal. close to skiing and town. breakfast was perfect. the staff was amazing. so friendly and welcoming.

Piękny, kameralny hotel, bardzo dobrze usytuowany. Miła i uprzejma obsługa, a przede wszystkim bardzo pomocny Pan przy rozpakowaniu auta. Miła niespodzianka! Również świetny poczęstunek powitalny. Czystość pokoi na najwyższym poziomie.
Trochę chłodna woda w basenie wewnątrz jak i z zewnętrz. W restauracji małe porcje obiadowe. Przy dłuższym pobycie karta menu mało różnorodna.

I liked that they have membership with val gardena active program which has some guided activities in the area that you can sign up for for free. and they give you transportation card to use public transportation in the area. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the check in and out was smooth with a welcome drink upon arrival.
However there aren't any activities that are operated by the hotel itself. As for the facilities the pool area is very small and the dining room for breakfast has assigned seating according to your room number and you can't change your table which is a first for me as I have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels and this is the first one which operates like this.
As for the breakfast itself I have made a dietary request upon booking since breakfast is included with the stay which which they confirmed that they can accommodate. but unfortunately when I arrived there were not any options other than bread and jam so I wouldn't recommend it for people with dietary restrictions unless you don't plan to eat at the hotel. The service staff tried to be helpful and managed to get me dairy free margarine and fruit salad one day which was nice of them but considering that I'm paying the same as other guests and that I have informed the hotel of the dietary requirement prior to my stay it was a disappointment that the breakfast options were so limited and the same everyday. Overall it was not great value for money in my case.
