First contact: and the owner: After the booking I have received an immediate contact with many necessary and helpful information by the owner Nikos. As we arrived to the hotel a smiling face has welcomed us. He was always ready for any request of us and helped also to make some reservations to some restaurants. I would give him 11 of 10 :) Location: In a small village, but very central all the restaurants (and even the sea to swim nearby these restaurants are) 5 minutes to walk. one of the blue flag beaches is 10 minutes to walk, 2-3 minutes to drive. Parking availability on the street near the studios. Rooms: Spacious modern clean, including a kitchenette with essential equipment and capsule coffee machine. Daily supply of tea, coffee and pocket croissants. Daily cleaning and if required change of towels. (snow white, new, fluffy and fresh smell). Air-condition works fine and silent. there is a fly screen at the balcony door and also a plug-in mosquito repellent, so you can sleep with open balcony door in the night. We had a small issue which was due to a technical problem but solved immediately, and very kindly. We have booked for the highest season of Greece, so the prices seemed high but it was reasonable comparing to other places for that period. Totally our stay was perfect for the price/quality

Everything was fine, I forced my self to find a comment here :) Maybe hotel slippers would be good, however due to the floor of the room it was not essential.

The accommodation was perfect, and Nico was an excellent host—friendly, polite, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, the internet was fast and reliable, and overall we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable, clean and cool. We did not use the airconditioning not even once during our one week stay in July even though it was 32+ degrees. The owners, Nikos and his wife were very nice and always ready to help.

Posizione buona, ma su strada. Stelios brava persona.

Metterei le tende sul balcone. Impossibile fare colazione o stare sul balcone per il sole frontale molto forte. Non ritirano rifiuti in camera. Non sistemano il letto al mattino. Camere molto piccole.
