The place is amazing. It has everything you need. The beach is a minute away. The hosts are great. We had a great vacation. We will definitely go back there.

The location is excellent being easily accessible and quite close to the beach. There is a car parking space, a generous yard and a terrace equipped with everything you need, a swing, dining area, outdoor shower and gas barbecue area. Being a family with small children, I opted for this option because I had all the utilities at hand. Giorgos greeted us on arrival and gave us all the information we needed during our stay, about the surrounding restaurants, about places where we can buy fish. He also provided us with kayaks for water sports and it was a welcome surprise.

The terrace below is very close to the neighboring terrace and you have no privacy, which you have to get used to in order to feel good. Although our children were the noisy ones, this lack of privacy creates an unexpected discomfort.

The house was equipped with everything you need to live in it. It was very clean and with all the utilities that you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and access to the beach is beautiful and we spend most of the evenings there. The host was very forthcoming and helpful.

Location is great, beach front 3 storey accommodation, which is part of 3 terraced houses. The hosts are nice and friendly people, they will meet and greet you on your arrival and show you everything to do with the accommodation. The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are 2 kayaks you can use.

The garden and the outdoor dining space/barbecue etc is shared with the owners of the other attached house. It’s absolutely impossible to enjoy the outside space with the proximity of the neighbours and this is a massive negative for a beach front property. We thought we are booking a house with the outside space (that you see on booking photos) being fairly private. This is not the case. The back of the sofa on the photos is what separates you from the neighbours and is 2 metres away from their dining table. The owners of the next door accommodation, nice elderly couple with their daughter and young baby spent all day on the patio. Unfortunately the poor baby cried a lot and all of them were involved at calming it down, there was non stop loud Greek talking, singing baby songs accompanied by musical toys and non stop commotion. We had to hide inside or had to go to other places to avoid the constant noise and being on top of each other all day. We mentioned it to the owner Giorgos, who apologised and told us to focus on the positives, like the location of the house. However it was impossible to enjoy the beach front location, we didn’t manage to lie down on the sun chairs as there was constant movement around us- the owner painted the barbecue and the shower wooden stand, swiping the floor while we had breakfast, this kind of non stop commotion around us. The price you pay for this property does not justify the arrangement of the accommodation and the fact you’re on holiday with the neighbours. There is plenty of properties for half of the price this property is sold and you’re still going to get some better privacy and rest. Another problem is that there is only 1 air conditioning in the whole property, which is in the corridor, above the main entrance. The master bedroom, which is on the top 3rd floor gets very, very hot. The air con does not reach that room and a fan is not enough to cool it down at all.
